Monday 6 June 2016 – High Definition, the pioneering and award-winning beauty group behind the UK’s number-one salon brow brand is pleased to announce the launch of its own-branded salon nails system – High Definition Nails.
The launch follows the success of the group’s elite training courses and expert treatments, including Brow Shaping, Professional Make-Up Artistry and Anatomy & Physiology, and further expands its educational offering.
The High Definition Nails offering includes natural nails (manicure and pedicure), gel and acrylic systems. The courses are designed to focus on the care and health of the natural nail and at the core of each personalised treatment the nails are shaped, cuticles are tidied and skin is exfoliated and nourished to promote healthier hands, feet and nails, before colour is applied.
The treatment procedures, product range and polishes have been designed and developed in-house by High Definition Founder and CEO, Nilam Holmes Patel and VIP manicurist and industry expert, Sharon Baker. The polish and gel shades will make up a permanent collection that follows the groups aesthetic of timeless and classic beauty, featuring shades that will suit everyone, including ‘Nilam Red’ and ‘Pearlised Nude’. The core collection will be added to each season to reflect demand from clients and industry trends.
The products and polishes will be exclusively available to salons for retail, once they have attended and passed the High Definition Nails education.
Said High Definition Founder and CEO, Nilam Holmes-Patel: “We are really excited to launch our new nail systems in to the salon world. This is a project we have been working on for more than 18 months. From our experience with brows and make-up, we recognised that clients want more than just a treatment – they want an in-salon experience. This is a great add-on service for stylists who currently only offer brows, and for salons that already offer other branded nail systems. The High Definition Nails range will complement these perfectly.
“Each therapist will go through an intensive and in-depth training programme so that they offer high-quality treatments in hands, feet and nails. Our ethos is to provide a luxury treatment that is of high quality and value for money. Just as we did with brows, the nail treatment is all about precision and design, and will be bespoke to the client’s nail shape and the style they wish to achieve, with the aim to make the hands and feet look as good as possible.”
