Menspire Aberdeen will host a 24-hour cutting marathon to raise money for UCAN Aberdeen.
From 9am on Saturday, November 30, Andy Dawson and the Menspire team will cut hair day and night at the St Andrew’s street barbershop.
The team has organised the event to raise money for the UCAN Aberdeen charity—an organisation dedicated to raising awareness for the five Urological cancers; prostate, bladder, kidney, testicular and penile.
Menspire Aberdeen owner, Andy Dawson said, “I chose local charity UCAN to raise funds and awareness of Urological Cancers in men, in particular, prostate and testicular.
“Testicular cancer is the most common cancer affecting young men aged 20-44.
“Prostate cancer is the commonest male cancer and one in 10 men will develop it during their lifetime.”
