Professional hair care brand Indola has announced that Paddy McDougall as a global ambassador, alongside existing ambassador Andy Smith.
Paddy and Andy will be working together to create cuts, colour, and styles to inspire and educate Indola hairdressers and their clients. The talented team have begun work on the next Indola Street Style Collection—to be released in 2019.
Paddy will also be working closely with the brand to develop and launch new product innovations, create inspiring imagery, and be a spokesperson for the brand amongst press and hairdressers alike.
Based at Rainbow Room International in Glasgow—Scotland’s largest salon group—Paddy has enjoyed an exciting career to date, packed with achievements and diverse experience.
A former member of the Schwarzkopf Professional Young Artistic team, Paddy has since gone on to establish himself as one of the country’s most promising young names with a place on the prestigious Fellowship for British Hairdressing F.A.M.E. team.
As part of the team in 2018, Paddy enjoyed mentoring from a host of industry icons and shot a collection with legendary fashion photographer, Rankin.
Paddy has also gained extensive experience in the session world, a member of the core team for Duffy and worked on shows including Rick Owens, Y3, and Saint Laurent across London, Paris, and Milan.
Most recently, Paddy was recognised by Creative Head at their acclaimed IT List awards—where he was named It Guy 2018.
