Taking the stage for childhood eye cancer at Hair UK to help fight childhood eye cancer. The stages are being arranged to raise funds for Childhood Eye Cancer Trust (CHECT), a charity dedicated to supporting families affected by retinoblastoma (Rb), a rare form of eye cancer that affects young children. Amongst the names already committed to demonstrations on the CHECT stage at Hair UK are Anne Veck, Ben Brown, Errol Douglas MBE, Karine Jackson, Lewis Moore, and also support from industry leading companies such as Affinage, Unite and Barclay Wolf a real line up of talent and creative excellence!

Alison Brightwell, CHECT ambassador, who herself had an eye removed due to Rb and went on to become a hairdressing trainer, said, This year’s show is going to be an amazing event at Hair UK. I can’t express the gratitude I feel towards all the hairdressers who have kindly given up their time to help us raise awareness for CHECT. For all of these talented artists to come together at one event for such a great cause is overwhelming and I really can’t thank them enough. This will be a date to remember.
