The Master Barbers Live Show is back for 2019 with an amazing lineup of talented barbers from all around the UK to headline the main stage. 

This year, the main stage features a huge spread of age and knowledge from all walks of the industry.

Headed by none other than the Grand Master Barber MK, who will be commentating throughout the show.

He will be introducing the newly formed Evolved Team, a group of young and highly skilled barbers who will display the newest waves of modern techniques.

Mike Taylor and his team will be displaying why they offer the best education in the UK currently and the team from Andy’s Barbershop will take to the stage to talk about running a successful business.

New for this year the Master Barbers Live Show has opened the Members stage, an area for BMB members to learn and progress their stage platform skills.

The Members stage will be hosted throughout the day by Sean Sweeney and Robert Grosvenor, members will get the chance to demonstrate live on stage in front of a friendly crowd of like minded peers.

These lucky people will also get a free stage presence seminar with the amazing Sid Sottung who will be on hand to guide them through their demonstration.

Education will be at the forefront of this years show with the Great British Barbering Academy team offering free seminars throughout the day, displaying a range of shaving fading and traditional techniques—a must for anyone looking to brush up on their skills or theory.

Plenty of barbering brands will be exhibiting so you can buy the latest tools, products and magazines whilst meeting the faces behind the brands.

This years category is MUSIC THROUGH THE DECADES

This competition is for anyone who can like their style with music fashion—any genre from any era.

The cuts can feature colours and patterns, but they have to wow the crowds and impress the hand-picked panel of judges.

Entry is open now for BMB members to apply until the closing date August 24.

This year’s Master Barbers Live Show will also feature their very first industry awards recognising the hard work of individuals, barbershops and brands across the industry.

All show attendees will have access to the free Takara Belmont photo studio where they can see the behind the scenes of a professional shoot.

The Master Barbers Live Show has also teamed up with renowned photographer Rob Irving so anyone cutting on the day, be that for demonstrations or the Barber of the Year competition, can get professional images of their work and promote the BMB on social media.

This year students attending college will be given free tickets, as long as they apply through their college.
